What is the Training by Instructor Report?


The "Training By Instructor" report is accessed through the menu system as indicated below:



This option will bring up the following screen:



In this screen, you can enter the Begin Date, End Date, neither, or both and also select a particular Instructor to report on.  If you  enter a BEGIN DATE, then only training that happened after that date is included in the report.  If you enter an END DATE, then only training that happened before that date is included in the report.  If you enter both, then only training that occured between (inclusive) those dates is included.

In addition (or on its own), if you select a MFS ID for an instructor, only that instructor's training records will be in the report.
